Each workshop or party is confirmed through a written service offer, tailored to your group and needs.

Service offers are valid for 15 days from the date they are sent. After that, availability and pricing may change.

Your booking is confirmed once you accept the service offer by email, and the required payment or deposit is received. Until then, the date remains unreserved.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve the date and prepare materials.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation terms are outlined in your service offer.

If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

Because workshops involve advance planning and materials, late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

If the cancellation happens 6 days or less before the scheduled date, a $100 cancellation fee applies in addition to the deposit.

If you choose to reschedule rather than cancel, your deposit will be kept and applied to the new date, and the $100 cancellation fee will be waived, subject to availability.

Once your date is booked, I turn down other requests and materials are prepared specifically for your group. The deposit helps cover that preparation and reservation.

If I need to cancel the event, all amounts paid, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

An adult must be present at all times during the party. I lead the activity, while parents or guardians remain responsible for supervision.

Every child creates in their own unique way. Examples are shown for inspiration, but results will naturally vary depending on age, group dynamics and creativity.

In rare cases, yes. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a booking if it’s not the right fit, always with respect and transparency.

I arrive 30 minutes before the activity to set up all materials. I’ll need a clear workspace and access to tables, chairs and a sink.
